XOTA means “X On The Air”.
The “X” is a placeholder for different outdoor programmes, for example:
- SOTA
- MOTA
- IOTA
- POTA
- WCA
- and other programmes
It covers all “On The Air” activities, even those not explicitly named “OTA”.

- on foot
- by bicycle
- by public transport
The starting point is your home or holiday location.
Scoring
Every kilometer counts.
The distance travelled contributes to the XOTA award.
Goal
